The location is great. It is just a short walk to Victoria Station. The decor was quite lovely!!! I had a comfortable bed and easy chair in my room.
The television required downloading an app to operate. I had no reception so I could not do it.

I found the location convenient, a short walk from Victoria Station and the AO Arena. Staff members worked to ensure I enjoyed my stay. I had a delicious meal. The food was AMAZING!!!
I noticed the room service seemed inefficient. Used plates remained uncleared for extended periods. Soap was not refilled, inconvenient.

The breakfast included a standard cooked buffet. I also ordered eggs benedict without extra charge, and they were delicious. I found excellent value for money, so i will come back. The room matched the pictures online, and IT was very clean and spacious.
